A fully licensed real estate broker with over 37 years of sales and marketing experience, Denny specializes in the sales and marketing of homes and land throughout South County Rhode Island, including North and South Kingstown, Narragansett and Jamestown.

Memberships..Denny is a member of Kent/Washington Board of Realtors where he serves on the Professional Standards Committee. He is also active with the Rhode Island Realtors Association, the National Association of Realtors, the State Wide Multiple Listing Service Commercial Investment Division and the RI Home Builders Association. All of these associations uphold a strict Code of Ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate.

Personal Information.. Denny is a native of Rhode Island and graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BS degree in Economics. After graduation he served 2 years in the United States Army stationed at Fort Bragg, NC and Vietnam.

Denny's career in sales and marketing began with the Eastman Kodak Company. He and his family traveled extensively with the company where he learned not only vital skills in promotion and customer service but also those in business, management and administration.

Married and the father of two sons who were raised locally and attended local schools, Denny had an awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. He knows the schools, neighborhoods and the benefits available and is a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighborhoods.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his 3 grandchildren as well as golf, gardening and reading.
